Sweet Treats for Every Occasion

You heard that right! Soy sauce in a caramel! It's so delicious and hits all those flavor receptors from sweet to the savory and then to top it off with the umami from the soy sauce. I finish off this caramel with smoked sea salt flakes and always use dark chocolate.

These delicious fruity bites of goodness are just what you need to get a taste of spring! Packed full of orange zest then enrobed in dark chocolate and finally topped with Maldon sea salt flakes. These beauties can be enjoyed at Ryzo with a delicious wine pairing! 

Brand new item for my gluten free friends! It never crossed my mind that my soy sauce was exclusionary so thanks to Glover street market I rectified that and made these! Hopefully you enjoy! 

Original recipe that uses my signature soy sauce caramel. I combine peanuts, cashews, walnuts and almonds to create these delicious works of art that are my best seller!

Vegan option! I luckily squirreled away a bunch of fruit from last year and I'm bringing out the blueberries for this one! Add in some lemon for spring brightness and roll them out into fun spring shapes before coating them in chocolate. 

I was craving some lemon cookies and I happened to have some lavender from Vanaheim farms along with some local honey and whipped up some delicious cookies! New full size batch coming out soon!

Coming soon! Now these are a classic! Some of my PNW friends might not know what a buckeye is but all we really need to know is this one is a delicious peanut butter and chocolate morsel of goodness! I made the peanut butter myself so these will be exclusive to stores with refrigeration options such as Aspen Grove and MV Foodshed for now.
